Arbitration settled
ENEL and Atel have reached a settlement to overcome the litigation concerning the long-term supply contracts stipulated between the two companies for electricity imports to Italy. The settlement allows for the continuation of supplies for the same duration and volumes as originally agreed, with the introduction of some contractual amendments. The parties have agreed to keep confidential the terms of the settlement. Consequently, the two companies will terminate the international arbitration proceedings taking place in Geneva.
